The Busy Movement (TBM) are devastated to announce that we have to CANCEL Abracadabra @ Ponderosa Ranch / March – 2023 after Cyclone Gabrielle.

The past week has been hard as the site was nailed by Cyclone Gabrielle right after recovering from Cyclone Hale.
Our site has taken a bashing and we are unable to get the forest up to scratch in 2 weeks alongside projects to repair the structures onsite.
TBM are extremely gutted to have to Cancel the festival again. Unfortunately we have been left with no option due to the insane weather NZ summer has had this year.
The Busy Movement apologises for any inconvenience this causes you.

As you can imagine we are so devastated in having been hit by 3 cyclones and having to move our date 3 times. But unfortunately we can’t fight Mother Nature. We are hoping all our supporters are safe after Cyclone Gabrielle.

The Busy Movement will be doing a club night at Raglan YOT Club on the 4th March, with a 2 stage production in the outside and inside of the Raglan Yot club with Ponderosa & Abracadabra vibes.

We are allowing all our Busy Movement community to have first options on these tickets. You have until tomorrow to get the early bird tickets and then we will put it up on our Social Media pages.

Ticket Transfer:

The Busy Movement would like to offer our community the first release of tickets for our festival we do next next year.

This means keeping your money in our pot and not getting a refund.
This would help us so much moving into the future – of course you have the option of FULL refund if you wish.
The Busy Movement use – SiCE Ticketing, and we have all the information/amount of money we are holding for you in our pot. Depending on what type of ticket you have bought since Christmas will depend on the price next year.
We want to make this as easy as possible for you to attend our event in 2024 and your ticket will automatically roll over for our new dates.

Refunds:

If you are unable to attend the event next year or would like a refund at this time, we will provide you with a full refund, including your booking fee. Please send an email with your ORDER NUMBER for refund to: sicbeatsworldwide@gmail.com

The cut off for refunds is 10 March 2023.

Tickets that have not been refunded by Monday 10th March 2023 must be used at the new dated event, or they will expire and no late refund will be available. The quicker you get back to us the quicker we can process your refund. Note that once a refund is processed it can take 7-10 days for the money to make it into your account.

As you can imagine this was a very hard decision for us to make.
Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

What does your Abracadabra @ Ponderosa Ranch ticket get you?

– Gates Open: Friday 03rd March at 2pm.
– Friday – Music starts over two stages from 4pm.
– Saturday Music 9am till Sunday 5pm over 2 stages.
– Gates close – Sunday March 05th 6pm
– Abracadabra Stage – Music all weekend long- House, Techno, reggae, funk, soul, dub, Bass house, Downtempo, organic house, tribal afro, disco , hip hop, live music and More!
