By creating an account, you grant consent for SICE to contact you via the provided email or contact information. - If you are creating or using an account on behalf of a company, entity or organisation, you warrant you are authorised to represent said group and have authority to commit to be bound by the terms and conditions presented. In addition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf the group indicated.
- All information we collect is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy and this can be read here.
- The confidentiality and security of your account is solely your responsibility. If you become aware of unauthorised use of your account, you are to notify SICE immediately. SICE and its partners shall not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from the unauthorized or illegal use of your account.
- SICE ltd reserves the right to terminate your account and any rights to the site if you provide information that is inaccurate, false or misleading, or if We, in our own discretion suspects illegal or fraudulent behaviour.

- Our site includes information or links to other websites.
- We do not take any responsibility for the content supplied by these sites and it is your responsibility to verify information presented including but not limited to purchasing products and services from these locations.
- Any information you provide to these sites is in accordance with their privacy policy not ours, so please ensure you read their privacy policy and terms of use before engaging with them.

You may not use our website or any part of it to post, upload, display or make available any information, content or materials such as those:

- You grant SICE permission to use your name in relation to the content you have submitted.
- You confirm that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content you submit.
- You agree to indemnify SICE for all claims brought forward arising from or in connection to the content you have submitted.
5. Accuracy of Info
- Our site includes a large amount of contributor provided content and though we do our best to moderate submissions, we can not and do not warrant the accuracy, truth and completeness of the info and content found across our site.
- You acknowledge you use our site at your own risk and bear responsibility for any actions you take based on the use of the information presented.
6. Reporting inappropriate or defamatory content
- Due to the large amount of contributor content, it is not possible for us to be aware of the content for every post, comment, review, product, bio, article, advertisement or event. As such we rely on our community of users to help moderate our site.
- If you believe that any content on our site breaches our terms and conditions, please notify us immediately via our Contacts Page or via email at: webadmin@sice.co.nz.
- On receiving a complaint will endeavour to remove the content within a reasonable time frame.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All content shown on the website is protected by New Zealand and International Copyright laws.

- SiC Entertainment makes available a wide variety of content for free or paid use. The use of this content is subject to the “rules” set out by our terms and conditions and copyright law.
- This content is provided for end users only and for their own personal and non commercial use.

Downloads are digital content that a user can save to a storage device. - Any unauthorised attempt to download, copy, distribute or alter this content is prohibited. You may not use any content for any third party applications (eg music in a video) unless you obtain rights from the copyright holder.
- You are prohibited from uploading any content to the internet or file sharing platforms.
9. Reporting Intellectual property claims
- If you believe someone has breached your intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately via our Contacts Page and selecting report and Infringement in the drop down menu.
10. Access to our site
- We are unable to guarantee 100% up-time of our site or the uninterrupted, timely or error free access to our content or website.
- In addition it is your responsibility to implement safeguards and procedures to ensure all files you receive from our site is free of harmful or properties.
11. Limitation of Liability

Community Membership Terms and Conditions
1. General
- SICE provides a platform that allows the public to view and access content on our site.
- For the purpose of these terms and conditions the term “content” includes any data listed on our site supplied by SICE, contributors or users including without limitation streams, downloads, images, info, text, videos, audio, products, tickets, comments, photo’s or graphics.
- Streams are digital transmissions of content, whole or in part, that are made available for playback over the internet.
- Downloads are digital content that a user can save to a storage device.
- Products are goods or services that are made available for consumer use.
- Tickets are physical or electronic goods that provide the holder a certain right, especially to enter a place, travel by public transport, or participate in an event.
2. Types of Community plans
- SiCE offers two community plans.
- A free non expiring subscriber account
- A paid, annually recurring community membership account
- A subscriber account does not expire and has no cost. By signing up for a subscriber account, you receive an account dashboard to manage your personal information, registration ads are removed, you can make purchases and rate, review or comment on content.
- A community membership renews annually and requires payment. By purchasing a membership you receive all Subscriber benefits plus access to members only content, an exclusive members only Merch item, discounts on purchases, an invitation to join the Agent Program and other member benefits.
3. Promotional or Complimentary Membership
- A promotional or complimentary membership (“Comp Membership”) is a membership that has been provided free of charge.
- A Comp Membership may be won, provided directly to you by SiCE or from one of our partners.
- As this is a free membership, no donation is made to the grants program and a merch item is not included. You are still able to make a donation to the Grants Program directly and can purchase the Merch item at a discounted rate.
- All other T&C’s, features, benefits and membership period conditions of a paid membership apply.
4. Community Membership Period
- The Community Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once your payment has been received, your Community Membership Account will be activated, and we will send confirmation by email to the address associated with your account.
- At the completion of the membership period, Members will be invited to pay for a new membership period. Email reminders will be sent in the 2 weeks leading up to your expiry date. Members who do not pay their renewal fee by the due date will have their account downgraded to subscriber and will no longer be able to access membership features.
5. Changes to pricing & features
- We may occasionally need to change the prices charged and/or the features for a community membership. In the event of any increase in the price or reduction in the features, we will communicate these change(s) to you at least six (6) weeks in advance and the changes will only take effect at your next renewal of your plan.
6. Marketing and Promotions
- By joining as a subscriber or Member, you will be automatically enrolled into and consent to, receiving marketing communications.
- You can opt out of these communications by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of these emails.
7. Termination
- We shall have the right, immediately and without notice, to block, restrict, suspend or terminate your membership, if, in our sole opinion, you are in breach of any of the provisions of these terms.
- If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so in writing via our contacts page.
- When terminating your account. you will not be entitled to a refund of the Fee or any part of the Fee already paid.
- Please note that termination of account by any means will result in the destruction of all information associated with your account (including access to purchases or sales) and can not be recovered. We are unable to provide any support with regards to saving or backing up your content.
- The provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature shall survive the termination or cancellation of this Agreement including without limitation: disclaimers, indemnity or limitations of liability.
8. Entire Agreement
- These Community Membership Terms & Conditions, together with our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Ticketing terms and conditions and definitions, constitute the entire agreement between you and SiCE with respect to use of our platform and services.
Contributor Terms & Conditions
1. General
- SiCE provides a platform that allows contributors to upload their content to our site.
- For the purpose of these terms and conditions the term “content” includes any data listed on our site supplied by SICE, contributors or users including without limitation streams, downloads, images, info, text, videos, audio, products, tickets, comments, photo’s or graphics.
- Streams are digital transmissions of content, whole or in part, that are made available for playback over the internet.
- Downloads are digital content that a user can save to a storage device.
- Products are goods or services that are made available for consumer use.
- Tickets are physical or electronic goods that provide the holder a certain right, especially to enter a place, travel by public transport, or participate in an event.
2.Become a contributor
- In order to become a SICE contributor and add content to our site, you need a contributor account.
- To get a contributor account, you need to purchase a “Contributor Membership Plan”. This membership needs to be renewed annually.
- Criteria for joining:
- You must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent resident.
- You can be based anywhere in the world.
- You must be over the age of 18 or have parental consent.
3. Contributor Membership Features
- By purchasing a contributor membership, you are able to:
- Add profiles within the Directory
- Add events to the Events Guide
- Add photos and videos to The Gallery
- Add music you have produced to the Audio Archive
- Post press releases and news articles to the Chronicle
- Create a Vendor Account to sell products
- Join the Agent Program
- Apply for Grants
4. Membership Period

- Within the Directory, Events Guide & Gallery sections you are able to purchase 2 addons per section. These are:
- A supercharger addon which increases the amount of content you can add to a listing (e.g more categories).
- A featured listing addon which moves your content to the top of the viewing section.
6. Changes to pricing & features
- We may occasionally need to change the prices charged and/or the features for a contributor membership. In the event of any increase in the price or reduction in the features, we will communicate these change(s) to you at least six (6) weeks in advance and the changes will only take effect at your next renewal of your plan.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
Granting License
- By contributing to our site, SICE does not require ownership rights but does require licensing to allow us to provide our services.
- By uploading content to our site, contributors grant SICE:
- worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right and license to distribute, reproduce, create derivative works, synchronize, display publicly and otherwise use their content to provide our services on behalf of the contributor.
- authorisation to store, transmit, stream, distribute, synchronise or play content using current and future technology or methodologies.
- worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to distribute, use, reproduce, copy, and display your trademarks or similar proprietary rights to provide our services and in the marketing of our services and your content.
Acknowledgment
- By uploading any content you our site you hereby represent and warrant that:
- Your content, in whole or in part, is your own original work or you have obtained all permissions, rights, licences or consents in order to use their work at all times for any applicable use.
- You have full authority over the content including without limitation engaging with and authorising SICE to provide its services in relation to the content.
- You have obtained any and all necessary permissions, consents or releases from any person appearing in your content including name, voice or likeness to use and publish on our site or others.
- Your content does not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including, without limitation intellectual property, performers rights, copyright, privacy rights or any other proprietary right.
- By uploading any content you our site you hereby represent and warrant that:
Third Party Agreements
- If you have entered into an agreement with any third party that prohibits you from entering into an agreement with SICE ltd, then you are prohibited from using our services.
- If you choose to use our services, you are solely responsible for any and all claims or indemnification (including legal costs or fees) arising from using our services.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. General
- By signing up to be a Vendor, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- SiCE Ltd reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and become effective upon posting on this website. Major adjustments including but not limited to changes to the commission structure shall be provided 2 weeks in advance.
- Any new features, tools or resources we release shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
- Violation of any of the Terms & Conditions will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding earnings and or result in clawbacks of sales generated during the violation. You agree to use the Vendor program at your own risk.
- Right to amend, halt or terminate Sales, listings or content displayed on our site.
- SICE retains the right to immediately remove, restrict, edit, prevent or take any action with regards to content be it for sale or display or for any reason at our sole discretion.
2. Become a Vendor
- Criteria for joining:
- You must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent resident.
- You must be based in New Zealand.
- You must be over the age of 18 or have parental consent.
- In order to become a SiCE Vendor and sell products on our site, you need Vendor authorisation..
- To get Vendor Authorisation, you need an active “Contributor Membership Plan”. This membership needs to be renewed annually.
- If you hold an active Contributor Membership, you can request to become a Vendor by clicking on the Vendor Registration menu item under the home tab. On this page, you will need to enter all fields requested including your shop name, physical address and phone number.
- Following this page, a help wizard will open to guide you through the first steps of setting up your Store. If you skip any of these steps, this info can also be changed or updated from your Vendor Dashboard.
3. Vendor Account Activation
- Once you can access your Vendor Dashboard, your account will not yet be enabled for selling. In order to have your account enabled, you need to fully and accurately complete all items within the settings section (https://sice.co.nz/vendor-dashboard/settings/store/) of your Vendor Dashboard.
- Once you have completed the store setup, please contact us to request activation.
- We will assess your request and either confirm activation or request further info to be completed.
- Once your account is activated, you can then add products.
4. Vendors agree to
- Fully and accurately describe items they list
- Respond to messages and emails promptly and within 2 days of receiving
- Ship items as soon as possible and within a week or receiving payment and delivery details, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties or indicated in the listing.
- Provide fair and reasonable shipping charges that are not inflated for profit.
- Not engage in behaviour deemed as spam, retaliatory or offensive.
5. Product Listings
- Accuracy of product Information
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all information displayed on our site in relation to your product is accurate at all times including but not limited to the description, price, shipping info and availability of every item you list on our site.
- Product Listing requirements
None of the following our allowed within product listings, descriptions, bullet points or images:- Offensive, obscene or pornographic content
- Website URL’s, email addresses, physical addresses or phone numbers
- Repetitive use of capital letters.
- Links to other websites for any reason including placing orders, special offers, different shipping options
- Spoilers of any kind
- Reviews, quotes or testimonials
- Request for positive reviews
- Any self promotion such as adverts, promo material, image/photo/video watermarks
- Pricing
- You will set pricing for any product or service you list on our site.
- All products on the front end of our site are listed including all fees and Sales Tax.
- When selecting your end user product price, you will need to consider all fees, commissions and taxes as these are included in the total amount.
- Shipping is a separate variable charge and will be applied to physical products where required.
- Shipping
- Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for shipping all your own products.
- Your shipping rates can be added when uploading your products to our site.
- Product Activation and Vendor approval status
- Initially, before products become live on our site, the need to be approved by our store admin to ensure they meet our requirements.
- Our admin will check products daily and approve those that are complete. Products will become live on our site once this is done.
- If products require changes, our admin will message you to provide information.
- Once a Vendor is familiar with adding products and has satisfactorily added multiple items, your Vendor account will be approved for immediate publishing of products.
6. Financial Info
- Taxes
- You are responsible for all your own tax including income tax and Sales Tax.
- Sales Tax is charged on all items sold on our site to either local or international customers.
- Sales Tax is automatically calculated based on the customers location.
- GST is sales tax on all goods or services sold in New Zealand. The GST rate is 15%.
- Pay outs & Payment processing fees
- We use Stripe to process all our payments.
- You are required to set up your own free of charge stripe account to receive your pay-outs.
- Stripe Fees for NZ users is 2.9% + $0.30 of the total transaction amount including shipping and tax.
- Stripe fees are automatically deduced when funds are transferred from SiCE to Stripe.
- Pay-outs are made within 7 working days of SICE receiving the Funds.
- Stripe fees are non refundable
- Revenue Share
- SiCE operates a revenue share model where fees are automatically deducted from the sales amount.
- Our commissions are deducted at the time of sale and include tax.
- Our commissions are calculated using the Tax exclusive amount as we do not charge commission on variable taxes.
- We do not charge any commission on shipping charges.
- Our commissions include the Agent commission share.
- Our commissions vary depending on Vendor base rate, the type of product & product category. Please see the Vendor commission schedule within our Knoweldgebase for rate break downs.
- Vendor Base rate: 9.5%
- Digital sales: 12.5% – 15%
- Physical Products: 7.5% to 9.5%
- Tickets: 4.25% + $1 to $1.50 per ticket
- Our commissions are then split 2 ways:
- 3% is allocated towards Agent commission. This is explained further in the next section and may be recouped by the seller.
- Remainder goes to SiCE to cover our costs.
- SiCE operates a revenue share model where fees are automatically deducted from the sales amount.
- Agent Commission share
- 3% of our revenue share is allocated towards the Agent Commission.
- If an Agent has promoted your content and this results in a sale via their referral, the Agent is provided an Agent Commission. Essentially they are an external sales representative and the commission is payment for the work they do.
- A vendor can also be an Agent but they must register as an Agent. If a Vendor promotes content on our site (including their own) through the Agent Program and this results in a sale via their referral, the Vendor will receive the Agent commission.
- If the Vendor has promoted their own content via the Agent program and this results in a sale, the Vendor will recoup the 3% revenue share commission reducing your total cost of sale.
- We may change our fees at any time. If you do make changes, we will notify you in writing and give you two weeks notice. If we introduce a new service, the fees for that service will come into effect at the time that service is launched.
7. Entire Agreement
- These Vendor Terms, together with our full Terms & Conditions including Terms of Use, Ticketing, Member, Agent & Contributor terms & conditions and definitions, constitute the entire agreement between you and SiCE with respect to use of our platform and services.
Affiliate Terms & Conditions
1. General
- By signing up to be an Affiliate in the SiCE Agent program, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- SiCE Ltd reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and become effective upon posting on this website. Major adjustments including but not limited to changes of the Core Payment structure shall be provided 2 weeks in advance.
- Any new features, tools or resources we release shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
- Violation of any of the Terms & Conditions will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments and or result in clawbacks of commissions generated during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate program at your own risk.
2. Become an Affiliate
- Criteria for joining:
- You must be over the age of 18
- You can be based anywhere in the world.
- You must be a human. Bots or Automated Methods are not allowed
- You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete our signup process.
- If you have an active Community or Contributor Membership, you can enroll in the Agent program by going to the Agent Dashboard and clicking the “Become an Affiliate” button
- If you do not hold a current membership, you are still able to apply to become an Agent.
- To apply for an Affiliate account, you need to be a subscriber first. If you have yet to register please Click Here.
- Once you have a user account or if you already have one, navigate to contact page and here you will find a tab called “Become an Affiliate”. Please follow instructions to submit an application for consideration.
- Upon receiving your message, we will assess your application and be in touch to request more info, confirm your application or decline your application.
3. Agent Dashboard
- Once approved as an Affiliate, you will receive access to your Agent Dashboard.
- Here you can manage your profile, access marketing materials, track your earnings, request payouts, view info and more.
4. Affiliate Ranks
- All affiliates are assigned an affiliate rank.
- To move up the ranks, certain milestones need to be achieved.
- By moving up the ranks, you will be entitled to additional benefits such as higher commissions.
- Please note Affiliates can also drop down in ranks based on inactivity for 3 months.
- To start you are placed on the Trial Rank.
- This Rank has no commissions paid for any referrals.
- To start receiving commissions you are required to refer 10 unique people to our website.
5. Affiliate Linking and Graphics
- Affiliates can use multiple methods to link to our site and qualify for commission. These are:
- Use your default Affiliate link – This directs people to our home page
- Generate your own links – These can be created for any page or piece of content
- By using any of the provided graphics – These can be added to your own sites.
- All options can be found under the “Marketing” tab of your Agent Dashboard under the “Affiliate links” or “Creatives” sub sections.
- Under the Marketing tab you will also find a section called “Campaigns”. These are personal to you and allow you to create folders for track specific promotional campaigns.
- You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics we provide with your Affiliate Link on your site, in your emails, on social media or in other communications.
- We may change the design of the artwork at any time without notice, but we won’t change the dimensions of the images without proper notice.
- You are not permitted to create your own graphics without prior authorisation from SICE.
6. Payments
1. Commissions
- You will earn commissions based on the revenue generated by those you refer to our site.
- All referrals, payments and commissions are tracked by our system and commissions are paid based on the commission reports generated through this process.
- For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete an order and make full payment via our sites online order system.
- Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks on Affiliate links generated by our system.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to generate and use links correctly.
2. Tracking, Cookies and Commission Window
- A cookie is a file added to the users browser.
- When someone clicks on the affiliate link you have created, a cookie is added to their system.
- This cookie contains your Affiliate ID and allows our system to track the users purchases and assign commission.
- Our cookies last for 30 days and during this period, any purchases made by the user will be assigned to your affiliate ID.
- Only 1 cookie is assigned at a time so if a user clicks on 2 different affiliate links, only the first affiliate will receive a commission.
- Please note: A user may clear their browser cookies at any time, in which case the affiliate will no longer be tracked and no commissions will be paid.
3. Base rate Commission
- Our current base commission rate varies from 3 – 15%.
- The amount of commission various depending on factors such as product type, who the vendor is or if any “Offers” are currently running.
4. Offers
- Offers are promotional campaigns whereby Affiliates can receive additional benefits from promoting particular item/s.
- Offers may be subject to their own conditions (E.G time frame, rate, products) and these can be found within the offer info.
5. Payments
- Commissions will be paid monthly in the first week, via Stripe.
- You are required to use stripe for all payouts
- However if the total is less than $50, commissions will be carried forward to the next month and accumulated.
6. Wallet
- All affiliates have a wallet and this can be accessed via your Agent Dashboard.
- The wallet allows you to deposit your unpaid commissions and then convert this into a coupon which can be used to purchase items on our site.
7. Claw backs & Debts
- Commissions may be clawed back if:
- A product is returned and a refund provided to the customer
- If an order has been cancelled, and/or refunded or partially refunded through guarantee or any other cause.
- Your account has been suspended or terminated
- Please note: It is possible your account may go into debit with a negative balance by claw backs.
- If this occurs, you have 60 days to clear the debt through commission earnings.
- If in negative balance for more than 60 days, the balance must be paid to SICE ltd within 7 days of request.
- At any time if the balance exceeds $100.00 we reserve the right to request the payment be paid within 14 days.
- A 2% penalty interest per month will occur on any accounts that have not been paid by the due date.
7. General
1. Relationship of Parties
- Affiliates are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement will create any joint venture, employment relationship, partnership or franchise.
- Affiliates have no authority to make or accept any offers, representations or agreements on behalf of SICE ltd.
- Affiliates may not make press releases, statements or claims on our site or otherwise, that indicates anything that contradicts the above.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your Affiliate account, personal details and payment methods are accurate and up to date.
- The operation and maintenance of your own website or social accounts and for all materials which appear on these locations.
- Ensuring that the referral links or the info displayed does not violate the agreement between you and the third party service.
- Ensuring the info and materials you post are accurate, truthful and appropriate.
- Ensuring the info you post is not illegal, libelous or harmful to any person or organisation.
- Any expenses incurred through the display, use or interaction with our site.
- Correctly providing notices when posting affiliate content. E.G adding #ad to posts or stating “This site/post/page contains affiliate links to products. We may receive a commission for purchases made through these links.”
3. Spam
- Affiliates at no time may engage in activities they are considered Spam or otherwise could harm the reputation of SICE.
- This includes but is not limited to:
- Mass emails, unless you have prior authorisation from the individuals to receive emails.
- Communications where you hide or misinterpret your identity, domain name, or email address.
- Repeatedly posting on forums and social media, including multiple different links in a short timeframe.
- Posting links and info that has no relevance to the location or content that is found in that location
- SiCE will at all times attempt to monitor any misuse and may at our discretion deactivate your account if we have deemed you have sent spam or engaged in any unsolicited promotional activities.
8. Term & Termination
- Upon completing your Affiliate Application and ticking you agree to the Terms & Conditions this agreement shall begin.
- Termination may occur at any time by either party, with or without cause in writing.
- Upon the agreement termination, affiliate links must be removed and no future commissions will be paid.
- We reserve the right to review Affiliates locations Affiliate’s post links and if we determine your site, content or otherwise is not suitable for our program, we may either suspend or terminate this agreement.
9. Limitations of Liability
- We will not be liable for any damages whether indirect, special, consequential or the loss of revenue or profits, in connection with the agreement.
- Furthermore, our aggregate liability will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.
10. Miscellaneous
- This agreement shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
- This agreement can not be transferred or assigned.
- All financial and legal responsibilities including but not limited to taxes are the responsibility of the Affiliate.
- We reserve the right to research all active and potential members and their actions at our own discretion
- We reserve the right to cancel affiliate accounts at our own discretion
- We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the Affiliates earning potential
11. Entire Agreement
- These Affiliate Terms & Conditions, together with our Terms of Use, Contributor, Member, Ticketing & Vendor Terms and Conditions and definitions, constitute the entire agreement between you and SICE with respect to use of our platform and services.
Returns & Warranties
SiC Entertainment both sells it’s own products and offers a marketplace for Vendors to sell their products. As such Return & Warranty Policies will vary depending on the product and Vendor.
Vendor Returns & Warranties
Vendors are responsible for their own products returns & warranties and may hold their own policies. These may be found on the individual product page under the shipping tab.
If you are needing to contact the vendor to request a return or lodge a warranty claim, please email the vendor directly or use the contact vendor option on their store page.
All vendors are required to meet a minimum set of standards for selling products on our Marketplace and if you have any issues please raise a Vendor Complaint via our Contact Page.
SiCE Ltd Return & Warranty Policies
Before sending any items back, please Contact Us to lodge a return or warranty request. Your request must include any required information including a description, images and why you are making the request.
All returns and warranty claims require a proof of purchase.
If your item was damaged in freight, you must notify us within 24hours of receiving your item.
All returns and warranty claims are to be shipped to us in Auckland at your expense.
Returns:
For non faulty items, we offer a 14 day return period from the time your package arrives and is subject to approval. SiCE Ltd at its sole discretion may apply a 15% restocking fee and/or deduct a 3.5% payment processing fee from a credit issued.
Upon receiving your item, we will assess your items and if approved, we will exchange your item or provide a store credit. Shipping costs are non refundable and if completing an exchange you will need to pay a new shipping fee to get your new item to you.
Please note:
For returns the item needs to be sealed in its original undamaged packaging, be unopened, unused and include all labels & manuals.
Restricted Returns:
The following items are not able to be returned due to Health & Safety issues or NZ Copyright laws. These items are still covered under the consumer guarantees act and returns & exchanges are available for defective items.
- All Downloadable products including but not limited to music, video, pictures, software
- All music and video items including CD’s, Vinyl, DvD’s and digital products
- Any item that has a hygiene consideration
- Headphones & Earpieces
- Underwear or swimwear
- Jewelry
Warranty:
All our products come with a minimum 6 month warranty period sometimes longer. Additional info can be found on the individual product page.
All our warranty claims are treated on a case by case basis and timeframes to be resolved may vary.
We do not accept warranty claims where:
- The product has been modified in any way
- You have used the product so much that it understandable that it broke
- You broke the product intentionally or accidently
- The product was used in way it was not intended to
Once your item is assessed and accepted under warranty and we are unable to repair it within a reasonable timeframe, a replacement or store credit will be provided.

RETURNS POLICY
We usually only receive compliments about the prints we do, but in the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your product, please follow these instructions to return / receive a new product:
Simply email Customer Care with the following:
1. The date of your purchase
2. Your order number
3. What you would like to return
4. Why you want to return it
5. A photo of the fault/damage
Once we have received this email we will organise a replacement or refund for you if the order meets our return policy. You may have to return the product back to us. Please note, we do not cover return shipping.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
- Only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned.
- No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- We do not accept items that have been worn.
- As all items are custom printed to order and we don’t hold stock, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size is chosen. All of the measurements are given for each product, it is up the customer to check that the size chosen is correct.
- We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size. All of the measurements are given for each product, it is up the customer to check that the size chosen is correct.
- Colour variation from screen to printed product. Colour variation is inherent in the design process, and it is impossible to match colours from computer screens, as every screen is different. Colours on screen are made up from light, so neon and very bright colours in particular will not look like this when printed.
- Garment shrinkage in wash if washing instructions aren’t followed.
- Courier delivery timeframes.
- Due to the production process, colours, position, size & scale are indicative only.
OUT OF STOCK
We do not hold stock of the Merch options we display on our site, and order them from our suppliers once orders are confirmed. Occasionally an item you have ordered on our site, will be out of stock with our supplier. This is out of our control. We will always let you know the next business day after your order and will either give you alternatives, or can fully refund for any out of stock items.

SiCE Ltd Shipping Policies
For NZ orders via the SiC Entertainment NZ store:
All items are shipped from Auckland, within 1-2 days of your order being placed
We use both NZ Post and Courier Post to send our items depending on the size of the order and where the item is being sent to. Shipping most often will take 1-5 days and as all our items are tracked so you can follow your package as it moves across the country. Tracking info will be sent to you via email once the item has been sent.
For NZ & International orders placed on the SiCE International store:
SiCE International distributes products direct from supplier to NZ & International locations. As products come from different suppliers in different locations; shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on the item/s and your location. Please note that packages from different supplies will arrive separately and each item will have its own delivery timeframes and shipping costs.
Within the cart and check out pages, you may find one or more options for shipping. We try include multiple shipping options allowing you to choose an option that suits your budget and how quickly you need the item.
Please note the timeframes provided are estimates provided by the supplier and actual delivery timeframes may vary.
All items purchased via SiCE international may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer and is responsible for all Import Fees.
For products shipped internationally, please note that manuals and warnings may not be in in the destination language, the product may not meet the destination countries standards, specifications or labeling requirements, the product may have a different plug type or voltage for your country and manufacture warranties may require the item to be sent to New Zealand for assessment at your expense.
It is your responsibility to ensure the product meets local import requirements and is suitable for use in your country.
Ticketing Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
- You acknowledge that SICE ltd acts as an agent for promoters and sells tickets on their behalf.
- Tickets sold are subject to any rights the promoter reserves and the promoter may also hold their own terms and conditions for their events.
2. Pricing & Currency
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
- All prices include Sales Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
3. Fees
- All purchases on this site are subject to booking fees.
- Booking fees may vary between events, tickets and products.
- Booking fees may be comprised of a promoter booking fee, our fees and a credit card transaction fees.
- If refunds are to be provided, the booking fee will not be included unless provided for by the promoter or subject to law.
4. Ticket sale Process
- All ticket sales are final. Please ensure you purchase the correct tickets
- Once an order is placed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Here you can download your electronic ticket/s.
- In addition you will receive an email confirming your booking. Within this email you will also find a link to download your tickets. Please keep a copy of this email.
- If you do not receive this email, it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know. If you do not inform us we cannot guarantee allocation of tickets if the event has sold out.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- We do not provide refunds or exchanges unless directed to by the promoter or as required by law.
6. Ticket Resales
- All resales must be completed using the SiCE resale system.
- Tickets will be sold at the same price you paid for them.
- When the sale is completed, the buyer gets issued a new ticket and yours becomes invalid.
- Only after tickets listed sell, will we action your refund. If your ticket does not sell, then no refund will be processed.
- When your refund is processed, you will receive an email confirming this. It may not be at the time of sale but usually within a couple working days.
- Refunds do not include the booking fees. Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
- Your refund goes back into the same account as used to buy the original tickets, and it can take up to 10 days to show in your account depending on your bank processes.
7. On sale of tickets
- All resales must be completed using the SiCE resale system.
- No Tickets may be resold at a premium.
- No tickets can be used for promotional campaigns, advertising, commercial purposes or as prizes without express permission of the promoter.
- A breach of the above conditions will result in the ticket holder or you to be refused admission to the event or the ticket being deemed invalid and no refunds will be provided.
8. Cancelled or postponed events
- The promoter reserves the right to amend the event at any time including but not limited to artists & performers, schedules, venue, dates, price and number of tickets for sale.
- On occasion events may be cancelled or postponed by the promoter due to situations outside their control such as a natural disaster, act of goverment or a pandemic event. If this occurs, ticket holders will be notified via either email, the promoters social media accounts, offical website or the event page with info on the promoters process.
9. Refunds
- Refunds are at the discretion and control of the promoter as funds are transferred to their control at time of sale. We may assist with the process of coordinating refunds on behalf of the promoter.
- When refunds are to be provided, SiCE booking fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Promoters may request that all ticket holders are refunded in bulk or may require ticket holders to submit info via an offical refund request form.
- Refunds will only be processed after we receive confirmation by the promoter and timeframes may vary.
- Promoters may provide partial refunds or full face value refunds and these funds will be transferred back to the account attached to the payment card only.
- When a refund is processed, ticket holders will be notified via the email address used to purchase tickets and refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your account.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We assume no liability for any loss of any kind that may occur when you attend an event listed on our site. This is a matter between the promoter and you.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all responsibility and liability in relation to the event and we will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury or damage however caused (including to any person or property), including under contract, tort, statute, product liability or otherwise, whether they be direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential, resulting from the use of this website, your use of or the inability to use the tickets, the cancellation or postponement of the event, or for any other reason whatsoever.
11. Entire Agreement
- These Ticketing terms, together with our terms of use, Contributor, Affiliate & Vendor Terms and Conditions and definitions, constitute the entire agreement between you and SICE with respect to use of our platform and services.
NFT Purchase Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By participating in the sale and purchase of NFT’s listed by SICE, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions without any condition or restriction. You acknowledge and confirm that you have the legal capacity to purchase, receive, hold or make use of the NFT.
2. Ownership
- You acknowledge and agree that the Creator (or, as applicable, its licensors) owns all worldwide legal right, title and interest in and to the Art, and all intellectual property rights therein.
- The rights that You have in and to the Art are limited to those described in this License.
- The Creator reserves all rights in and to the Art not expressly granted to You in this License.
3. Restrictions
Except and solely to the extent such a restriction is impermissible under applicable law, you may not:
- Profit from, license or otherwise commercialize in any way the NFT or its contents, including in connection with the marketing, advertising, or selling of any third-party product (including giving away such products in the hopes of eventual commercial gain), except as part of a Secondary Sale;
- Modify the NFT or its contents in any way or combine the NFT or its contents with, or embed the NFT or its contents into, any digital or other content or media;
- Use the NFT or its contents in any manner which infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any person or entity;
- Use the NFT in connection with or to promote any illegal activity, hate speech, violence, inappropriate or obscene content, or in any other manner which could tarnish or harm the reputation of Gap Inc. and its employees;
- Trademark, copyright, or seek to trademark, copyright, or otherwise acquire additional intellectual property rights in or to the NFT IP, including any SiCE ltd. names, trademarks, logos, or other source indicators contained or depicted therein;
- Attempt to mint, tokenize, or create an additional cryptographic token representing the NFT IP on any platform;
- Falsify, misrepresent, or conceal the authorship of the NFT IP or the NFT;
- Commit any of the foregoing actions with respect to the NFT IP; and
- Encourage or permit any third party to do any of the foregoing.
4. Risks & Warnings
Participating in the sale or purchase of NFT’s is a risky operation. By accepting these terms & conditions you acknowledge the warnings and agree You assume any risks known or unknown associated with the sale and ownership of the NFT’s including but not limited to:
- Economic risks:
The commercial or market value of Your licenced NFT can diminish in value as a result of variety of things such as negative publicity, market volatility and value of cryptocurrency and other economic factors. - Technological Risks:
There are risks associated with using the internet for digital assets (e.g., NFT’s, cryptocurrencies, etc.) including, but not limited to, the risk of hardware, software and internet connections and/or failures, the risk of malicious software introduction, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to information stored within your digital “wallet” or elsewhere, and SiCE will not be responsible for any of these, however caused. - Project Risks:
The project itself can be affected by but no limited to the total or partial economic and/or technical failure including but not limited to change in the development strategy, it’s early stage of development or - Regulatory Risks:
Changes in the legislative or regulatory environment may impact the price, availability or ability to buy and sell NFT’s. In addition, there are risks associated with the dependence on third-party decentralized trading platforms, applications or other intermediaries (e.g., exchanges), counterparties or custodians to hold or convert digital assets that may be subject to little or no regulation, or that may operate in violation of regulations, including regulations related to sanctions - Third Party Services Risks:
Sales hosted on third party sites (“Third Party Sites”) are governed by and subject to the Third Party Sites’ Additional Terms and any other Additional Terms applicable to that specific sale. We have no control over, and do not necessarily endorse any Third-Party Sites, services, or products. You acknowledge and agree that such Third-Party Sites are accessed at your own risk and such risk includes, without limitation, any resulting tax reporting, compliance or payment obligations. - Unforeseen risks:
You acknowledge and agree that there are significant other risks that the Company cannot anticipate since NFTs are new and untested.
5. Term
- If at any time You choose to sell, trade, transfer, giveaway, donate, or otherwise dispose of your Purchased NFT for any reason, the license granted to You will immediately expire with respect to those NFTs without the requirement of notice, and You will have no further rights in or to the Art for those NFTs.
- The restrictions of these terms and conditions will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
6. Rights
- You acknowledge and agree that the Licensed NFT is made available solely for entertainment purposes. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, SiCE & The Creator grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as specifically provided below in Section 3.2), royalty-free license to display the Art for your Licensed NFT, both for the your own personal and/or non-commercial use.
- No commercial use of the Content is permitted without the prior written consent the Creator.
- You have the limited right to transfer the Licensed NFT, provided that the transferee accepts all of the terms of this Agreement
7. Purchasers Obligations
- Unless excepted by law, the buyer of the NFT is responsible for any and all taxes including sales tax and income tax.
- By accepting these terms & conditions, you undertake to comply with all conditions of the terms and conditions, act in good faith and not misuse the NFTs for any purpose.
8. Company’s liability
In no event will SiCE Limited or the Creator. be liable to you for any special, incidental, exemplary, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. SiCE Ltds aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the net revenues actually received by SiCE Ltd in connection with any transaction in which you purchased or sold your NFT. The foregoing limitation of liability shall only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. In no event will SiCE ltd. be liable for any inability for you to access the NFT IP or value-added services for any reason, including as a result of any downtime, failure, obsolescence, removal, termination or other disruption.
9. Amendment or Update
SiCE Ltd reserves the right to amend, change, add or update these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
10.Applicable Law
This Agreement and all matters related to Your Licensed NFT shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
11. Entire Agreement
These NFT Terms and Conditions together with our full Terms & Conditions including Terms of Use, Vendor, Ticketing, Member, Agent & Contributor terms & conditions and definitions, constitute the entire agreement between you and SiCE with respect to use of our platform and services.
12.Definitions
“NFT” means a blockchain-based non-fungible token.
“Art” means any art, design, logo, image, video, audio file, other pictorial or graphic work associated with the NFT you own.
“Creator” means the person, company or entity that created the NFT and owns the original IP for the ART
“You/Your” refers to the buyer or owner of that specific NFT that was legitimately acquired and that such ownership has been registered on an appropriate blockchain and can be verified by consulting said blockchain
