Intro

From your Vendor Dashboard, you can manage your store, products and orders.

Menu Options include:

1) Dashboard Overview

Here you can see an overview of your store, page view, orders, earnings, reviews and products. There is also an announcement section which displays all the latest notices or announcements from admin.

2) Products

Here you can manage your products including adding new products or editing existing.

3) Orders

Here you can view and manage your customer orders.

4) Coupons

Here you can create and manage Coupons to be used in your store.

5) Reports

Here you can view and generate reports of your sales history. Options include a General Overview, Sales by Day, Top Selling Products, Top Earning products and Generate a statement.

6) Reviews

Here you can see and manage any product reviews customers have left on your products.

7) Withdraw

This page details withdraw requests and helps track funds being transferred to your bank account

8) Followers

Here you can view and when users have followed your store.

9) Settings

9.1) Return to Dashboard

This is a button to take you back to the main Vendor menu.

9.2) Store Settings

The store settings page is where you can enter information about your store. This info is displayed publicly on your Store Page.
Options include: Store name, store categories, store Address, phone number, Terms & Conditions, store open & close times, Store description and selected other store settings.

9.3) Payment settings

Under the payments section, you can connect your account to Stripe to receive payments.

9.4) Verification

The verification tab is where you can provide information to verify your account. Options include ID, Address and a Social profile link.
We request all stores are verified to ensure they are real and improve the safety of our customers.

9.5) Shipping

Here you can set up your product shipping rates/zones and manage your Shipping & Refund policies.

9.6) Social Profile

Here you can add links to your various social media accounts.
These links are shown on your store page and help you to gain more trust.

9.7) Store SEO

Under the store SEO tab you can add and edit information to improve your Store SEO both across the web and social media. When your Store is shared this info is displayed.
