Over a 35-year production career Joshua has released tracks on seminal labels like Prescription, Balance, OM Records, Classic, Junior Boys Own, Guidance, Seasons, and many more. He continues to release new music on his own Vizual Records imprint with support from Honey Dijon, Jimpster, Laurent Garnier, and many other top-tier international djs.

His classic tracks and remixes like Free Energy “Happiness” and Davina’s “Come Over To My Place” are still getting play from new and old djs alike.

With his sometimes dj-partner Diz as Iz & Diz, they have released classics like “Mouth”, “Down 4 U”, “The Latest Freak”, and their recent full-length LP “Fort Nightly”, also on Vizual Records garnered support across the globe.

As a dj, Joshua has played on 5 continents, with residencies in London (Fabric), San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, and his current home base of Chicago.

Recent releases include the “Freedom EP”, a new Dubwise EP, and the “Love I/O” full length album, all on Vizual Records.

His sound is deeply rooted in Chicago House with a mix of deep Detroit techno and heavy dub with some disco sprinkles for good measure. As a dj, he has a vast music collection and can play anywhere from downtempo to techno including dub reggae, hip-hop, disco, classics, soul, funk, Brazilian, midtempo, and everything in between.
