NZ’s own Deep and Under Records comes out swinging with their three label heads taking over the decks at Ink in their first label night since 2016.
It’s been a slow burn but D&U is now a respected label on the world electronic music stage.
Backed by the mighty Under-Ground purveyors of the finest tunage “Traxsource”.
D&U releases now feature every week in predominant positions on multiple House genre pages that reflect the labels musical direction.

Dick Johnson needs no introduction in the city he calls home but we welcome him to the decks early for heating up our night from the start.
Serpico is Ryan Beehre.
One of three members of pioneering New Zealand electronica band Minuit. Beehre currently resides in Whangarei. Serpico is the vehicle in which Beehre explores a fusion of House, Garage, Tech and Breakbeat elements into his DJ style and Tracks .

Kennedy is Gene Kennedy
Captured in the early nineties by the new bass culture growing in NZ . A five year stint at being the Art Director of the infamous “Gathering” at Canan Downs and the hook was well swallowed .
Moving on to today Gene has releases on legendary labels such as Blockhead,King St ,Nite grooves , Paper Recordings and newer fab labels like Plastic People ,Delve Deeper and 4th Set.
Gene’s tracks are a constant in the top 100 and even grabbed a few top 10s this year.
