Hard Dance Auckland

Based in Auckland New Zealand, HDA was dreamed up by a small group of friends, well dedicated to the harder styles, who shared a common passion, with a vision of bringing to life a scene for the Harder Styles of dance music, and all those who love it. Founded mid-2018 we hosted our first local event – The Rave Cave, which was a huge success. We then got right back to work, organising multiple events to further establish our foothold in the industry.

Some highlights include: NuGen, Raveology and The Sound of Thunder where we hosted Christchurches finest: DJ Firefly. Our most significant highlight would definitely be hosting New Zealands very first outdoor overnight Harder Styles stage, at OtherlanZ festival, hosted by SiC Entertainment.
More recently, we have hosted and been involved in multiple livestream events during the COVID-19 lockdown, including hosting Andy the Core, and JTS.

Strongly influenced by the Dutch scene in the Netherlands, and closely watching things unfold in the Australian scene, we are dedicated to bringing our visions to life. We support and play all sub-genres of the Harder Styles, including but not limited to Hardstyle, Rawstyle, UK Hardcore, Dutch Hardcore, Gabber, Frenchcore and everything in between.
